Hadleigh Hares run a Winter and Summer Training program  as described below. Doug Grimwade sends out a weekly training email detailing the week's training and we recommend that you receive this to ensure you have the most up to date training details. If you wish to be added to (or removed from) the email list please contact Doug at triathlon@hadleighhares.co.uk.

Remember, whilst we anticipate all sessions being run, it is best to check with Doug first before attending a session to avoid disappointment.

Summer training

In addition we also run regular transition training sessions throughout the summer in readiness for the race season.

If you want to get really fit, and are considering dabbling your toes in the murky world of triathlon but don't want to commit to joining the club immediately, why not come along and try two or three training sessions just to see what its all about.
