Harwich Sprint Triathlon

On the 26th June, 4 Hadleigh hares completed the Harwich sprint triathlon; the course consisted of a 300m swim, a 24km bike ride with some challenging hills and a 5k run.

Harwich was the first triathlon for our seasoned runner Carol Nokes who has switched to the multi event after injury prevents her from running long distance – times as follows:

Neil Crisp – swim/bike 50.21 / run 21.15 / overall 1.11.36

Chris Burke – swim/bike 1.02.51 / run 23.11 / overall 1.26.02

Pamela Woodmore- swim/bike 1.11.07 / run 29.00 / overall 1.40.42
