It's membership renewal time again, please could you print off the attached form, and return it to your coach, even if you pay by standing order, just so we can check our details for you are correct.

Please could parents/guardians of juniors note the additional question on the renewal form regarding photographic/video analysis permission required, as agreed at the club AGM.

If you have just recently completed a membership form, please could you still complete and return this form as we need all parents/guardians consent before we can use this equipment as a coaching aid.
